Description

Demolition of concrete foundations for old headframe. Demolition of existing vent plenum. Demolition of East and West Collar House. Construction of new East and West Collar House, construction of new vent plenum, construction of new penthouse slabs and hoist beams, construction of new MCC rooms, construction of new programming room, construction of new power room, construction of new collar floor, construction of new shop room. Installation of all new masonry for MCC room, shop room and programming room. Installation of all hollow metal doors, frames and hardware for new Headframe.
