Description

Picking up existing shaft steel tower and replacing shaft steel over a period of 4 years during outages. Project entailed installing new box beam to support triple stacks, installation of new tower steel, reinforcement of existing tower steel, demolition of existing concrete floor at potash level and pouring new concrete floor at potash level. Excavation around shaft compartment, removal of deteriorated concrete liner and installation of new concrete liner at face of shaft.
